Mandy is Director of Operations of Welcome Home Ministries Africa. It is Mandy’s nursing background that has given her the ability to work with the orphanage to bring it to a healthy and safe place, able to care for the children’s needs.  It also helped with developing the vision for the medical clinics in the village.

Mandy is a full-time volunteer and Board Member in both countries, making three trips a year for a month at a time to continue to work on improving the home and train the staff.
